Bo bian bro, this is life in Accenture. Do what u can to siam. If they want F with u for appraisal, during talks with big shot just gan gan say their name which project only. U all don’t say always put anonymous name that’s why higher management nvr do shyt to them

Hello, 3 months into the firm and it’s quite annoying that your time isn’t respected. Even when you’re on leave, or mc people still expect you to work. Although I have heard rumours about the culture here and the previous pages about how ot here is the norm even when you’re on your leave or covered with mc. But it’s so irking for a job to be like that like regardless how you’re feeling a mc is a mc isn’t it you may be on drowsy drugs hence resting, annual leave is your right to rest right but you in sg or not in sg also ppl ask you about work stuff. LMAO WHAT A COMPANY. All those who’ve applied good luck to you man

Any seniors know who’s the one that decide your promotion and bonus you get? Is it your pod lead in TAP or entirely on project? Because got hear different versions leh. Some project support the analyst end up they also never get promoted. So is pod lead ah? But end up pod leads all say is project make decision. So errr?? Wouldn’t it be expected that both have a say?
