Anyone heard about NETs project? What is it a migration or importation project? Will recommend to join or not?

Majority if not all the projects are like this. All the higher ups close two eyes and slowly it became like this. Just take for example the last ask me anything with mark tham and some project townhall with annoynmous mentimeter, there were many like crazy many of comments about this and how the leads who are managers or senior managers level not doing anything and overworking their team. You also cannot properly feedback or name drop when you’re prop further because you risk your job.

no surprise if those are the ones who promote not because they are exceptional in their job but more of know hot to ******** their way through and boot lick the higher management. Ugly truth of every TD.

If higher higher management ask for the name just say only what. Back it up with evidence that they not doing their work/ being injustice. If end of the day u lose your job, not harm taking it up to social media to let people know what rubbish this company is. Dk what CL u're but I would assume you're probably a CL11-CL9, this CL salary also not a lot easy to find job outside that matches the pay if not just 10% lower only

Oh have you heard about this project before or anyone you know have worked with them? Helpful for some insights. And from your experience or any other seniors on this thread, are all H&PS project that bad? Like I know I have heard and seen many have negative reviews but just wondering if there’s at least one or two that’s better
