I have seen for myself, acn now trying to save cost
my boss level 8, now charge across 2 project
both project want him to commit 100%, no day no night...LOL
no budget to put him in 1 project
I believe in future, it will be common for 1 person to handle 2-3 project at once,
morning - go project A site
afternoon- go project B site
Night - go project C site
might slowly becoming a norm...probably to save cost

those govt project is very troublesome one'
a lot of security clearance, sometimes u not around, they will pm you for password and credential cos it is dependable for ur account to do thing
they also cannot give more people access, cos "security reason"
end up even u go oversea, people will msg u for OTP or account

Level 8 not so bad, I know 1-2 A/SA or C who are across 2 projects because the one project claim not enough budget to cover. But end up workload also 100% across it’s insane. They also don’t get recognise with fast track promotion or higher bonuses so quite poor thing

It is very common
Those SA or A believe that ACN will remember their sacrifice and give them what they deserved when time get better in the future....well, I hope they wun be forgotten by the company

They don’t have a choice bro, blame it on how such projects are run and poorly managed.
People are just slaves to the company so we should all make use of our unlimited leaves to travel and chill man, work like **** for the company also not recognised rightfully.

Yes you’re right, the workload is confirm not half half it’s 100% across both. Sad reality is sometimes it’s not so easy to request to roll-off, project can tie all sort of bs to you or even decide for you. Also dependent on what other projects are there cos if there’s no role elsewhere, HR also ask you not to be benched.

Actually frankly speaking, it’s common when you’re a M because you don’t need to be 100% on a project, but it’s not common for A or SA or even C. HR did say before those under TAP is not supposed to be in more than 1 project and it needs to be fully chargeable. This is clearly a project resource planning or budget failure, end up those who suffer are the minions in such project and never the higher management.
