You do have a point but note that one doesn’t get to promote every 2 years here. Especially if you’re in the consulting pipeline, promotions are much tough given the number of spaces above, once you hit c level it’s a “up or out” culture. You can be good in your work and all, but all the promotions I’ve seen here many times are not entirely fair. There are people who are not deserving yet they get promoted at the same time or even faster than those who deserves it.

This depends, is she hot? Can she suck good? If shes good for piak piak then of course, lots of promotions

I have been in Accenture for almost 2 yrs, I am still feel so grateful they gave me the chance to work here. Last year I was L1, now I am L10. I worked so hard to earn it, but it is worthy! My gross is about 5.9K, last year I got 2 mths VB.

My advise

dun work in those SAF, ICA, MHA, or Defense related project

So you promoted from A to SA in 11months? And still got 2 months bonus? Sure not sounds too good to be true. Not that you don’t work hard but there have been many cases where well deserving or even over performing individuals aren’t recognised for their contributions. It’s contradictory how consulting roles are tougher to get (meaning you’re soft aligned to S&C consulting arm after you grad from TAP), yet if you were to compare the number of promotees consulting analysts or sa tend to be much lesser than tech. Big part is because many of tech projects and consulting analysts based there are pretty much at a disadvantaged as compared to the tech peeps.

Do you mind sharing why? Joined recently and the only projects seem to be available are H&PS

Are there a lot of people on bench currently? Especially those under TAP
