So you promoted from A to SA in 11months? And still got 2 months bonus? Sure not sounds too good to be true. Not that you don’t work hard but there have been many cases where well deserving or even over performing individuals aren’t recognised for their contributions. It’s contradictory how consulting roles are tougher to get (meaning you’re soft aligned to S&C consulting arm after you grad from TAP), yet if you were to compare the number of promotees consulting analysts or sa tend to be much lesser than tech. Big part is because many of tech projects and consulting analysts based there are pretty much at a disadvantaged as compared to the tech peeps.
