What’s the survey about? So how many days of leave you took to receive this survey?

Their unlimited leave policy is not unlimited. Leave is subjected to project approval and in most cases management wouldn’t approve more than 15 days of leave in a year. But for my case, I already rolled off my previous project and was searching for my next project in which I went for holidays since there are downtime thus I charge to Annual leave.
Taking more annual leave in a year will affect one’s bonus and promotion rate. To begin with Accenture bonus already sucks. Thus, having an unlimited leave policy is actually not a good thing as most ppl will be pressured into taking lesser leave to chase after bonuses and promotion
A great place to work at wouldn’t have so high turn over rates

Agree, in the past before the unlimited leave policy still can en cash the leave are being forward. Now is just worse and trying to use a nicer phrasing of unlimited leaves to entice ppl to think the company is great place to work. All internal employees know how we end up being the “best place to work at” cos all the MDs and lead keep spamming our emails to do the survey LMAO. If it’s that amazing don’t even need to keep pestering employees to do it we will ownself do. All just a facade
