Saw a lot of people report to levels higher than themselves. But there are a number who reports to Accenture Leadership. Isn’t Accenture Leadership like way above, how come some analysts report to Leadership instead of the usual Consultant/Managers etc? Are those reporting to Accenture Leadership better candidates or the Accenture Leadership ownself pick one?

Which portal the people lead and info more accurate? My people lead in accenture portal-my info is person a (aka same as manager) but on workday my people lead another person? Received an email on the new people lead which is same as workday.
Anyone face this too?

Is there a place or person to check for the project charge code? Heard that even if same project but everyone’s charge code is different, so how do new joiners know which is their charge code?
Would appreciate any help thanks in advance

Hi, which pod(s) under talent advancement program is most competitive? Saw the members in each of the pod and change management (consulting pod) has the least members, less than 20 members, next least is less than 90 which is business analysis (consulting), then the others are tech and software over 100 Plus.
Does it means change management pod is not good? Or it’s more competitive to enter?

My team got one guy damn buay gan always MC, take urgent leave, poor delivery, but still promoted to senior analyst

Consulting pods are generally more competitive that’s why you see Recruiters pushing majority into tech and software pods as they need more manpower in these tech and software pods. I think reason why change mgmt is lesser people is cos it’s more towards strategy and mgmt consulting functions, whereas the business analysis pod for consulting is more towards tech consulting. Prolly that’s why the former is technically harder to get into.
Anyone with more info feel free to validate.
