So the talent segment in your contract not much use one ah, thought they will try to put you in projects related to your talent segment. Is it once everyone reach level 9 consultant can choose own “focus track” like if the consultant wants consulting dte or technology or security etc?

They will try… but I’m damn sure in the contract it state something along the line of you might be required to do work that aren’t what you’re hired for and you might need to occasionally work OT due to business needs.
So it’s not all guaranteed.

Training this year can go overseas? Alr go back to before covid but such perks are like non existence still.

Since when is training overseas one? The last physical training was done in the hotel opposite RCT.

The person that determines if you’re promoted is CC or people lead? The Accenture guide on the support structure covered everyone else (Talent Lead, People Lead, Supervisor, Buddy, HR Partner) but not cc.

How to tell which Deployed to Entity aka the part of Accenture you belong to (like department)? Is it on workday or have to check with HR Partner for most accurate answer?
