Yea change project is like finding new job then must as well just at the same time find new job somewhere better in terms of pay, wlb, team. Many leads or consultants you work with here you’ll notice their habit of taking credit and putting blame on juniors, no guidance or training, gaslighting etc. there will be nice people too but not that many. Suggest you can also look outside on the sidelines, this company have a reputation of being unable to keep its talent, may be able to attract talent but unable to keep them

What he do that’s very bad? I also hear a lot of bad reviews about him but funny I know someone who say he good….as he got supported for fast track promo like duh

I heard from people...
he behind the scene force the his PM, the M***A to layoff all the contract stuffs, some contract not over yet, just go for early leave before the thing go live
and also in front of people he very nice and say want to help the people in the M***EF project townhall, behind close door, he keep scolding M***A say "Are you are really optimising your resources....? Are you all going to pay for those resources using your salary...? Are they really useful or not...?" etc etc
He is the behind puppet master of M***A
Those people in that project would know
and I heard recently many heavy weight people left that project, not sure....
