What is the need? Like just to show other companies we also have a so called grad program? But other companies at the very least have proper training

my project is very bad, during td, then realise no future progression for me

so no job placement for your skillset, they will put u to do some other testing task, like manual testing

can u imagine a dev guy do manual testing for 9 month?
