Change project sometimes is not our fault is the project no budget

then after we change job, our career, TD will be affected one mah

like that very troublesome, very disruptive to our career growth

Not so simple la. Imagine you work so hard then you kena roll off before your promotion or bonus

Then the other case is project too long but no one sees your efforts

The M***a also not angel one heís her PL leh, they two friends is not like some victim thing. Her fast track promo also he help one. At most can only say their working style maybe abit different then he as an account MD trying to save money no budget while that in realistic cause the ground hard to operate cos lack manpower which become additional stress to the PM lo. But both of them the same one

Agree with this, you here long enough will see many times projects no budget one example the mindef one squeeze the people until work more than 1 workstream lah, help out other workstream lah, do two mindef projects lah. End up you also anytime let go when not enough budget, not like stag on these kind of projects will get fast track promo or even support for promo

Sounds like someone who has never been through fire projects or just have the easy life in acn

know someone who been doing a lot on the project she also left recently so happy for her cos honestly she been doing so much more than her scope for a long period of time. Shall not say too much but yea make sense that if those who find better opportunity for the circumstances and stake of course they will depart. Never be too loyal to a project because youíre just a resource that can be let go anytime

the M****F project is very shady

and I heard M** *** like brain washing her BA on regular basis

every day keep asking her BA to be positive positive...everytime share some positive article with her BA to read...

wtf...

during year end promo, she also nvr do anything to help or support her BA, just keep saying positive positive...

Now I heard the BA one by one roll off, either by choice or force to roll off by M****

M**** and M** K** good friend, all same pattern one la~

Heard many people past and present say this account will bitch about those who choose to leave the project. Even sharing things that arenít true like how they are asked to leave or no need their work anymore or how they not adding value. Really damn asshole because I know some is really cannot take it anymore or work until for health problems or juggling too much for the project or requested to leave since their roll off date reach liao and they got better project offers.
