Cant speak for NUHS. But I know ex-colleague from SingHealth, their TC is lower compared to NHG

Why dont you transfer out to other dept/cluster. Ur paid will still remain and you will have a higher chance of promotion than waiting for another 10 years in ur current dept.

Depend on whether you are high performance or normal.
High performance will prefer to be in SingHealth for the higher PB quantum.
Normal/low performance will prefer to be in NHG, as you still get your standard 3month fixed bonus even if your performance is normal.

Thing is I tried, and it's not as simple as applying for a transfer. I still need to go through the job application process. I have been applying to other clusters even for hospital admins but no call back. I only had one interview with NUHS recently but was rejected.

I'm from Singhealth. Even for high performance A grade, PB is only about 3.25months. I think Singhealth has slightly better SI.

Beside PB, is there any other bonus from SingHealth?
I take NHG as an example, for a A+ grade (highest), I will be getting 2.2m PB +3M cluster/AWS, so total is 5.2m + $800. For the Top performance
