PB for B grade: 2.78 month (varies for PHI in Singhealth), usually for A grade, it's about 0.75 months additional. Not sure about A+, my PHI only announce PB for B grade.

Singhealth has the worse bonus among the 3 clusters.

In that case I will use a B grade performance from NHG to compare:

PB: 1m
Cluster + AWS: 3m
Additional: $800
Total: 4m + 800 for B grade.

NHG is better than SingHealth for B grade

Does getting “A” means have chance for promotion? If we need several years of getting “A” grading then can be promoted?

Not necessary. I have gotten A on consecutive years but no promotion.

You should be due for promotion if you are getting multiple "A" over the years. The only exception I could think of, you could a excellent in your job, but management does seen that you are capable of leading a team (if you need to manage ppl).

Yes so the rumours are true. Has been hearing that Singhealth has the worst bonus. Our PB is high but our cluster bonus is very very little. Using absolute numbers, my cluster bonus is less than $2K, not even 0.5x of my monthly salary.

Any HOD/management team here? My PHI is using the outdated bell curve to determine the grade distribution.

So there will always have at least 1 "A" in each dept

Not much diff lah, just 0.3month different + few hundred dollars diff.
