Depend on your RO. It's not easy to get A for my section, only got it once every 3 years.

Principal is JG15, for Singhealth (blue name tags for 15 and above). You have to be at least a 15 to be a RO.

Since majority seems to be getting a B, will a public HCW be able to reach 90k per annum after 10 years of exp?

I have reached 90K at my 9th year mark which is this year. Hopefully I can reach the 6 figures per annum in 2 years time with the pay revision expected to be in 2026. I'm a lot slower than other people cos I joined many years ago when my starting pay is really low.

That sounds great, congrats!!
Looks like HCWs are still quite fairly compensated for their efforts and working hours

Highest potential salary of an AH
Just to give from a view of a "high-flyer" in AH.
130+k annum including bonus after 13 years
JG15 Principal
Hipo
Managerial role, being a RO and team lead
Most TPM EEs
Got 3 times O before (super rare)
In between the 13 years, 2 years I was away for my masters, sponsored by HMDP
JG 15 range is 6k to 10ish K
JG 16 should cap at around 12ish k
JG17 should cap at 14ish k
Note that usually only HOD of a large dept can hit JG 16 and 17
So I would think the highest possible annum pay for a AH in a PHI is 14k x 16.5 (if EE grade)
=230k.
This should be the cap salary. Definitely need to be a HOD or ex HOD, and at least 18 years exp to hit cap
