There was always a cap. NUHS uses fixed quantum. Your increment is fixed

Would anyone be able to share the PB, SI and special bonus for NUHS B grade this year?

This year cap at 120 for mr which is lower than previous year

Excludes AWS. Yupp for B performers meet requirements. Total bonus for NUHS for FY2023 = 3.05 months (PB) + 1 month (AWS) + 850.
