My entire department of 150 pax only have 2 JG17 iirc. And both are phd holders.

To add on, yes it it very very hard to get O, I have only gotten three A over the last decade, never A* (outstanding).

i think it will be the same for most average farmers...this is pretty good already

quite similar to the whole public sector as a whole e.g. the generalist mx scheme
