Are you suggesting that there is some sort of gender bias or inequality?

True value lies in your YOE and your skillset. And usually in public service, if a guy has a slightly higher pay, its simply because he served NS and girls did not.

And if a superior does show gender bias, then it's time to call him/her out.

Hi everyone, I am currently working at a stat board, drawing a salary of 5.2k. I have a total of 5 years work experience (1 year in audit big 4, 4 year stat board) and I am looking to jump to executive II minimally (due to the executive I ceiling) or possibly senior executive, as part of the administration job scope.

Would like to ask if
1) Is it possible to jump to executive II straight or must everyone start off as executive I?
2) Would there be a salary cut as I have no prior healthcare experience or would they match the pay?

Thank you for the help!

will largely be based on your last drawn.

very likely they'll offer you lesser and say can make up with high bonuses.

highly suggest that you hold them off and ask for more.

pay increment here ain't that fantastic, so best to ask for as high as you can.

have heard of examples where they only matched the package for colleagues who joined from aic or mohh.

somebody has to pay for the overhearing of PSAs who do nothing but watch Netflix in office and associate executives who don't want to do more than just manage the calendar of their bosses right?

do you know how well the union is treating them? give them so much extra money each year.

thanks, that's what I trying to push for if there's an offer.
If that's within their rang, will expect them to be able to match it.

JG17 8000-10000 Assistant Director

Has the range increased since due to inflation?
I heard AIC pay or bonus is better among the healthcare?
How about IHIS?
