It depends on bonus as well.

Usually if your tpm get EE, you have 1.5mth + 3mth (usual amt of bonus)
=16.5mth package.

O you get 2.5mths so its 17.5mths package.
Only 1 or 2 gets O per year in a large dept of >50 staff

If VG should be 1.2 mth so 16.2 mths package?
G should be 1mth?

G and VG im not sure as I have not gotten that for years.

I probably hit 10k base in less than 5 years time.
If im not promoted, that will be my cap.
