I take NHG as an example, for a A+ grade (highest), I will be getting 2.2m PB +3M cluster/AWS, so total is 5.2m + $800. For the Top performance

Additional bonus for Singhealth: $550 + $250 + 0.1 month
PB for B grade: 2.78 month (varies for PHI in Singhealth), usually for A grade, it's about 0.75 months additional. Not sure about A+, my PHI only announce PB for B grade.
Total: 2.88months + $750 for B grade and
3.63 months + $750 for A grade.
Singhealth has the worse bonus among the 3 clusters.
