Hi anyone knows what are the chances of emplacement to perm in LTA? I’ve heard of people only renewed the 3 years tenure. Will LTA suddenly don’t renew?

Yes if your performance really cmi lta won’t renew. I had one subordinate from lta who was not renew. Judging from his performance at my current company I can understand why. Completely don’t care attitude

Oh if really cmi then can understand. But just want to understand more about emplacement to perm. Do you have any idea the requirements to be emplaced?

If you are not emplaced, better to consider alternative pasture. Your career progression not gona be great

They stopped giving perm before 2017. Not sure if they will ever give perm ever again.
