Wayang is everywhere in public/civil service. Best thing is, wayang gets u rewards. All u need to do to go far in LTA is to be a yes man.

yes! It's the people and bosses. Bosses like to flip prata, bad at giving directions. This meeting say want A, workers do A. Suddenly next meeting say B, workers do B.. I heard people here also like to gossip, spread info to other departments. Tongues wag, be careful who you divulge personal information to. I heard gossip can spread from Blk 1 to Blk 10 hahaha

I been to quite a few agencies, definitely LTA culture is one of the worst. Other bosses in other places not so cek ark one

Totally. I only been here a while but am already feeling brain dead and hammered down. Work is not stimulating, the yes man culture is bad.
