Fresh grad promotion is by default after 2 years. NEA is after 1 year.

Thought it normally takes abt 1y/9m to 1y/10 for most cases for first promo?

How do you guys cope with night shift / weekend shift especially when you have family/bf duty?
Will there be off days given for weekend shift? Night shift next day rest day?

Very strong yesman culture in the civil rail project team that started from Mr Sim’s time.
Have been here for 5 years (and counting, looking to leave by end of year) and have seen a lot of capable young engineers left feeling jaded and moving over to other greener pastures. So what are left again is the new generation yes man, and people who are staying there because LTA pays one of the best within the civil engineering sector.
Bosses also likes showmanship, so if you want to promote, it is important to take part in CCAs or good in presentation.
