YKB? He was the typical "the boss is always right", super micromanaging mid management in LTA that wants people to suck up to him and tell him that he is right.

Very toxic person that made the whole work culture equally toxic for his department. Don't take my word for it, better to ask around the working level and see if they are happy there.

In the past, it was a freaking train wreck. It is unlikely, but I hope he changed for the better over the years.

He's from which dept/div? My friend just joined LTA hope he's not so suay joining under him haha

i see alot of comments on engineers/power supply work... anyone from Investigation Appeals under LTA here able to shed some light on the work culture and environment?

is the people decent or is it just typical toxic office politics playground? i come from a govt sector background and is getting offered low 3 for LTE G4 - not sure how all these work...

trying to get a better understanding of everything before calling the decision to join LTA. so far all i see if the negativity and toxic environment in engineer/power supply sectors.... would like to see if anyone has connections to find out more about investigation appeals stuff?
