Normal la. Now starting to see the rise of new generation PLP, and it is obvious if you attend the comms. But oddly it is all concentrated within the engineering groups

the waiting time is usually more than a month, if you shortlist u for the second interview then will be prob me 2-3 weeks of waiting before the offer by HR.
