Yes a lot of sai to kio. Basically everyday is clearing up the mess inside.

They never appreciate quantity of work done. They only appreciate showmanship and high profile projects. Wait till appraisal score is out and u see people doing much lesser get higher scores just cos they or their projects are more high profile than yours.

Not worth it la. Just quit and go elsewhere for your own mental wellbeing. Don't know anyone that left LTA and regretted their decisions. Everyone becomes happier when they leave.

I agree with this, everything is about showmanship, wayang and a lot of bootlicking senior mgmt. Now that you mention it, this is a super dreary place, every time i come hso i sian because everything so dull no one looks happy
