Will agree is quite cui here. Am shocked by the quality of hires and culture here???? I’m in a non engineering role and I feel like ppl here don’t rly know what they doing.. like any Tom dick Harry can do also. Also feels like there’s a lot of yes man here? Boss say A so must do A. A lot of wayang also.
Joined recently and regret it...

Yes. I joined recently too and regretted it. Work is not an issue, it’s the people and bosses. Terrible.
