You should definitely stop waiting. If they interested they would have gotten back to you within 2-3 weeks max. Just wondering, do you think something could have gone wrong with your ref check? Did you supply correct info? And is your referee someone you can trust?

Any idea when will be a good time to resign to ensure I can get aws and year end bonus? Only after getting the money or say three weeks before the pay out? May I know roughly when is the pay out?

tot there was a recent civil claim case whr company has to resort to legal means to claw bck the bonus payout from 1 joker who tender just right when company payroll is in midst of processing/crediting the bonus payout
