How's the salary for associates in MPillay (JLV with Pinsent masons). Are they paid at or near the Pinsents international scale?

SG scale which is the same or slightly higher than B4. Apparently little to no bonus. Heard 1 or 2 teams are paid a bit more though.

Nowadays to get hired on the Pinsents side (or on the international side at any JLV/FLA) you'd probably need to be E&W qualified at the very least.

does anyone know whether MTI International Trade Division offers salaries comparable to LSO?

I see a lot of people strictly working in the SG entity of a FLA/JLV law firm (the real international ones) not doing litigation (e.g. corp, finance, etc) put on their linkedin profile the full JLV entity rather than just the SLP entity.

Is this normal/common/fine to do?
