It’s normal. Ppl don’t usually all get promoted after 1 year, most of them 2 yrs on average. Be patient and keep working hard, all the best!

It’s 1.5 and not 1. They still can delay your promotion for 6mths if they feel you aren’t ready yet. It’s the same thing for L9. Go and read the FAQ for TAP.

Check with HR? Pretty sure it's standard to get promoted, even my friend who got benched 8 months doing nothing also got promoted.
