Go and enjoy the rest of June before July comes. Once you start your new role, you be focused on trying to perform your best or facing steep learning curves, not to mention still got probation period.

I got an interview from Accenture- National billing system project for a contractor role. Any inputs? I heard the team is very big with great leaders and clients!

great exposure especially for a world-class initiative in sg. a contact of mine was offered an annual package of around 225k (TC)

Anyone familiar with pay progression within ACN for fresh grads? Heard bump from 4.5k to 6k after finishing 2 years of TAP?

Level 11 Analyst: $4500 (Base) + $400 (Allowance)
Level 10 Senior Analyst (Year1): $5000 (Base) + $400 (Allowance)
Level 10 Senior Analyst (Year2):$ 5300 (Base) + $400 (Allowance)
Level 9 Consultant/Specialist/Team Lead: $6500 (Base) + $400 (Allowance)
Progression is 1 year from analyst to SA, 2 years from SA to Consultant.

Is not impressive. With 3 yoe in IT , can easily get a 7-8k job tbh.
Most people quit at L9. Because progression to L8 (associate manager) involves a lot of “proving” yourself .
Have seen many people stuck at L9 for years until mid 30s
