Harsh truths. Not just acn but many companies like that. If they revise the year 2s, then the year 3s (post TAP grads) will complain, then revise year 3, year 4 will complain etc until no end

Thanks for the breakdown. Heard that consulting pays more than tech when you hit consultant. Because tap combine both S&C consulting ppl and tech ppl. But once you hit consultant (graduated from tap) you return to your own family DTE, where consulting pays slightly more than that of tech. All seniors in S&C consulting under tap who reached consultant have a slightly higher salary than their tech counterparts.

Can share what is the pay difference between S&C CL9 and Tech CL9?
I’ve heard that it’s 7.1k for S&C and 6.9k for Tech (inclusive of $400 transport and miscellaneous allowance). Is this true?
