S&C level 9 is slightly above 7k, not sure on the exact Level 9 pay for tech but I know it’s between 6.5k-6.9k

There is a lot of communication gap during talent discussion
like usual day, every task you do is all okay and completed
then during TD, your ppl lead will feedback you nvr do this, never do that, fail to deliver etc etc
Then you also dk what they discuss, then the TD submitted
They also nvr clarified early
really kns one, the end up bonus affected

L9 is a sweet spot actually. Good enough pay not so much responsibility, just need to deliver task. once hit AM/M u need to be involved in project P/L. Once hit SM , generating revenue also need to care.

Lol. You think you there friend but they don’t think you are their friend lor.
I also kena before, always small talk with project lead (rank is Accenture leadership). Even discuss about son’s psle, what sec sch to go, go IP or IB etc.
In the end got once I need reference to justify my promo for a TD, he just ghost my email and keep saying busy will do later. End up the TD window up and I didn’t get the promo. Pui

Trust me, the “friendship” you made at work place will cease to exist when either of you leave the firm.
95% of people lost contact their ex-colleague .. among the 5% who contact maybe only 10% still do meet up for meals/ drinks
