5.2k at 2.5 YOE is advisory. In some service lines, better to jump at manager level though.

i know some of the A2s are on PIP... quite sad though

Firms are trimming headcount. Blue also has this same exodus and ridiculous staffing. Partner bonus must be extra good this year since fees increased.

From Black advisory, not enough resources but still freezing headcount..
