What do you think is the year-end VAS?

0.6-1 possible?

Recently the MSOs are given another set of increment to bring it to 15% (the previous one given out in the previous adjustment). How come not for lecturers? Some pax is said to be 10% but most get around 6-7%

Sorry dude. Priority will be given to full time staff cos it means extra cash for them.

Even if u have plenty of work experience and a postgraduate degree from reputable Universities, u probably wont be considered.

Lecturers already make 200k pa (someone posted his own income here in this forum), so they don't need more money.

Not true.
lecturers can make anything from 40k pa (excluding bonus which is the 13th month, around 1 month mid and year end bonus, 2-3 month avg performance bonus). Total will come around 60k.

Lecturers will make around 60k pa to anything upwards.

Only pax4 with lot of experience will make 200k pa (including all bonuses). - This group of lecturers is comparatively small.

5 months of bonus. How sweet! Do you know that in private sector, many people don't even get the "13th month" bonus?

Comparatively small - how small? 10%?
