A Director in the poly is most likely in PAX2. Assuming their salary is $15000 pm, annual package 20mths. That would be about $300k pa.

$15k mthly is on the low side maybe only for newly promoted Director, the others are around $18-20k monthly taking the total package >$350k

I supposed the Polys being stats boards will pay more? Let's take the top end DD's pay of $14,550 and with 6 months bonus = 19 x $14,550 = $276,450 pa.
Don't play play.

Shouldn't newly promoted directors be getting about $11k, at the start of PA2 scale?
