If you meant weeks of training before putting you into a project or work, then nope. The most throw you to a senior and have the senior to guide/mentor you on the job.
So just think of ACN's training = OTJ training loh.
ACN has a lot of upskilling opportunities if you're willing to put yourself out there. lol. Problem is, most freshie don't speak to their management much and so busy to even have time to upskill.

Gt a bit of training la, but not as comprehensive as NCS one, it is more like OJT
if u u prefer those classroom and everyone do group work, and lecture like of training program
Then u would like to go NCS
