Came across many who name their roles differently on LinkedIn as opposed to their actual role. Like some managers name themselves as directors, some executive name as analyst. Some even the role also got new name, like brand as what strategic partner etc. actually, how do the company you’re applying to verify such position naming if it’s accurate? Or they can’t tell cos from interviews I’ve been too none cares about the name but more of what you do.like I know name of role doesn’t match with salary and is different for every company. So as such, why would people still go and rename their own role? Know someone who holds the business executive role but he earns 5k monthly, but went to rename as analyst cos he felt executive name sound Low rank.

Penultimate student here and graduating next year, wanted to understand more as I’m considering applying for the next year batch in the later of 2022. Anyone working in Accenture right now can kindly confirm on this? Is there a minimum cgpa or like class of honours (i.e. second upper) to be offered for the TAP or analyst position? Because many grad programs have this requirement in the jd, I’m current a second upper but was worried if I drop to a second lower or unfortunately third class.

Are all fresh grads coming in as analyst are under the TAP? Or TAP is for selected high performing fresh grads?
