In all honesty, don’t try to leverage in your acn experience to jump to major firms like MBB or FAANG cos everyone knows acn employees do implementation and not real consulting work or tech work like swe etc. it’s not bad or what but you need to be realistic, of course there are that one or two who went on to MBB and FAANG but the numbers are really quite Low, you literally can count with one palm. Im in my second year in acn and also looking at exit opportunities but not easy, because you want salary increment but also a good or better company to hop over.

Wah really so many ppl leave acn one ah, only heard about this is that why they every year also mass hire lol cos leave in large numbers also 😂

Only exception I see before one contractor convert to manager perm role. But one 1. Most is just keep renew and renew until they quit
