Does acn hire employees who previously left for other companies or further education? Cos there’s some companies that are known to never take back employees who left, such as Bloomberg.

Just so all the poor ppl in acn knows that bad working hours/ot culture is a toxic work culture.
Yes, the salary may be great but if the job is consuming all your time, does the salary make sense? Because you’re not paid ot and you should be earning more for that hours after work. You do owe your employer your best work everyday, but you don't owe your employer your personal life or health.
Money isn't everything. Always remember: You need to get a good return on time, because even the biggest salary cannot buy your youth or time lost will loved ones back.
In order to truly be successful, boundaries must be set in our lives. Sometimes you will have to say, "No, this is too much for me."
Staying in a toxic work environment is never worth it. Life is too short. Find Balance.

Well said eh this one, sometimes it’s not just ot until late, it’s start work at some god damn 7/8am but ended up also not ending work early or on time. Our meeting timings change with new higher ups in the project. Got this md who was based in uk, at the end our calls were as late as midnight or what.

Yeah, I have heard that before Accenture implemented TAP programme, it takes very very long for one to get promoted. Hope everything is fine @Zero_88, your fellow 8months fresh grad here in H&PS
