If a few projects have the same client at the same time, are those projects considered as one main project although they are at different phrases? Shouldn’t be the same right since they have different go live dates despite working on the same stuff?

Actually quite curious like for acn consultants they are based at the clients site, so with new people joining or even in general, do those client site have sufficient space or desks tho since their workspace is catered for their own employees in the first place.

Is it you’ll only be hired if the project have headcount and need manpower? So in a case where currently no projects have vacancy, then no matter how good your profile is acn also won’t hire you where you can be bench and help out with bus dev awhile waiting for project vacancies to be available?

As long as you join in the month of June before July, you can qualify for next year June mid year promotion right if you’re “ready”? Cos June this year to next year June is just nice one year under the TAP. If don’t qualify then it will be next year dec end year promotion?

I think most of the time is like that
no headcount hire somebody to sit on bench?
headcount is important
