Only way to know you promoted is wait 1 June your title at teams auto change???
My people lead did not tell me anything because I just got a new one, HR also act blur

am I exceptionally good? -> that is not for me to say, it is decide by people surround me
did I cover L9 people? -> yes I did, cover for a while
