It's fine, there are many from private uni with pass degree, doing well as management level. So you will be fine.

Agree, uni results doesn’t determine your promotion and work performance. There’s some who may not be exam smart or performed badly due to exam stress and nervousness but they may have the skills and eq for them to perform well at work. It’s not the end honestly speaking, after you start work, uni results aren’t important already, but your work performance is the one that determines your advancement.

only for atas management lvl ppl only
for lvl 11 - 9
u wun be able to justify why u need a mba at that lvl....likely they wun approve

Oh so only above consultant level then they sponsor is it? Which is like associate manager? You got to spend like some 5-6 years…

They have write specifically anywhere on their portal
according to what I know they say is case by case basis, subject to approval.
But then how would u able to justify the company to sponsor MBA when u are just a normal analyst?
like that everyone will apply and ask for sponsor alrdy right?

Only know a few as below, and everyone under the same pod should have same job title right?
- consulting pod (Business Analysis and change management):
- security: security analyst
- delivery life cycle: business analyst
- cloud first: cloud migration analyst
