Just means you CMI to get full time role lor. most local hires are full time. Contractor below a then become analyst means your pay sure lower. Maybe 4.2k

That’s weird tho cos a few of them were past interns and have relevant internships from other top firms and results and interview were all ok.

Wth treat past interns like this, goes to show this project isn’t the right fit man.

Would suggest anyone in this position to not accept the contractor role unless you have no internship experience or any extra curricula activities, you’re much better off somewhere else

Tbh there’s so many better companies and better offers other than Accenture, right now may not have much openings. But just wait for a few more months and more openings are open, don’t settle for anything less than your abilities, once you accept and regret your choice, hard to opt for a better option alr. It’s always a redirection…

Is Accenture really that good? Why so many ppl wanna join cos I mean many complain of the ot rate right and it’s ot rate us known to be quite bad. So technically you’re like working your life away, the salary is worth the work there? :/

Yes it is - it’s a trade off. OT + higher pay vs no OT + average pay. But higher pay means next job jump even higher. Worth it if you can survive it tbh.
