True anot ah that you fresh grad come in as analyst can’t choose specialisation yet? Only can choose after how many years? Heard someone saying this in the earlier pages in this thread. Then what’s the purpose of your title since it’s not a fixed specialisation?

Curious those joining acn under the consulting pods in tap what are they called? If is change management pod are they called change management analyst? Or consulting analyst? Then what’s the other two consulting roles someone mentioned earlier on?

If you’re in tech consulting - you’ll be expected to at least know the basics of coding. It’s your bread and butter.

So which pod is tech consulting? Cos there’s only 2 consulting pods under the tap and are change management and business analysis.

for eg

I was promoted in Dec 2021
Now I am promoted in Jun 2022

But only happen on case by case basis

usually will let u wait 12 month at least

They will rotate u to pod

but dun worry, the pod does not mean the actual work u are doing

it still depend on ur project

as long as u chargeability to ur project and u are needed here, they wun really change u to another project

the name and title u can take it with a pinch of salt (That is a good thing I like abt vendor company, we provide services, not product)

everything is client in priority

if the client think u r important, u will be kept in that project

Do you know what consulting development analyst do and is it same as strategy and consulting analyst? Thought consulting pod in TAP will be called the same for the analysts leh but heard from my friend there’s those who joined as consulting development analyst and many join as strategy and consulting analyst.
