Is Accenture underpaying it’s consulting analysts or is Strategy& matching up to the pay? Both salary are 4.5k base but Accenture have extra allowance of 400…
So which is better for consulting? Cos Accenture consulting analysts don’t even go through case interviews but for Strategy& there are rounds of case interviews. And everyone in consulting knows case interviews are part of consulting hiring process…

Should be have interviews if not funny the ft role only two stages when the internship hiring process comprises of more stages (pymetrics, hirevue, assessment centre aka beach day, interview)

Just chanced upon the consulting analyst program (6 months) job for Roland Berger. Wanted to check with those familiar with consulting, is this better than Accenture’s grad consulting analyst? Or even better than Strategy& (since some ops were asking about this firm too)? How will you rank these 3 and is Roland Berger a tier 2 consulting company?

Since we all want to know the update, if you’re attending the TAP talk this Friday, can ask in the chat. So you won’t be left hanging as well.

Anyone managed to ask?

From my understanding the industries RB and ACN deal with can be quite different. and RB i think their presence is stronger in the europe market. but i think impt to figure out what kind of consulting you're interested in. i think strategy consulting is not the same as management consulting though strat consulting could be a subset of MC. but strat consulting is usually quite specific to c-suite level decisions that's why they pay higher whereas MC could be related to any facet of the organisation. ACN grad consulting doesn't sound like strat consulting but more on MC and implementation work.
