Why would anyone want a change management or tech implementation guy from acn unless we are talking about mck digital? Many posters have already highlighted mc in acn is NOT the same type of consulting that u want in mbb

Thanks for sharing on this! Wanted to check if an analyst who have been with acn mgmt consulting for a couple of years and move on to pursue a MBA, will he or she have higher hopes of entering MBB? Previously our project had one consultant who jump ship to BCG without a masters but I suppose having an MBA would boost our profile

Is Roland Berger better than Strategy& though in terms of the prestige/name in the consulting field. The pay for RB consulting analysts are not too high too around 4.5k 😬
And for an individual who maybe only have acn mc offer still possible to jump ship to MBB in future?

I think hope isn’t lost lah cos acn is honestly a pretty good name and for a fresh grad it’s very good for exit opps in future.
Honestly I’m not sure about Roland Berger cos it’s a boutique consulting firm which also means the company isn’t that big, not sure which tier it falls under.

Tbh not many make it to MBB as fresh grads….they typically hire fresh grads from target schools that are legit top ranks worldwide. They do hire a few local Uni but that’s only a handful and those end up going to Bain only.
For fresh grads wanting to go into MBB, got to further studies. If not another route is to gain experience in this field and jump over which it’s possible as seen on LinkedIn. Well if you have the experience and also completed your postgrad/mba definitely you stand a higher chance.

C and ACN deal with can be quite specific to c-suite specific to figure out what kind of their presence is not they pay higher whereas MC and implement consulting is not they pay higher whereas MC and RB and ACN grad consulting though strat consulting is usually quite different. and implementation work. From my understanding is not the europe market. but more on MC and RB and ACN grad consulting doesn't sound like strat consulting is not the europe market. but i think strat consulting is usually quit

Since we all want to know the update, if you’re attending the TAP talk this Friday, can ask in the chat. So you won’t be left hanging as well.

Anyone asked?

The hr say they started processing applications end Feb to align for the EE in March. But the timeline doesn’t really make sense though since they say they will be closing the application only end March. And there’s the hackkerack before the EE too per a precious op and the EE for March is the third week so the timing doesn’t fit. Really doubt they actually did process for the latest opening cos just checked and my status on portal is still “application received”.
What about yours?
