Does anyone know if the strategy and consulting analyst is management consulting? Saw on LinkedIn that there are quite a lot of graduates who joined Accenture as “strategy and consulting analyst” but is this the same as the graduate consulting analyst under TAP? Cos the jd for the grad consulting analyst on Accenture’s website and LinkedIn describe the only business analysis and change management functions… but not strategy function nor consulting function?
Would appreciate if anyone who knows can share? Thanks in advance

Those who put 'strategy & consulting' are the wannabe consulting analysts under Accenture Consulting. They are getting lower pay than the real strategy analysts. They are actually separate pools.
The current TAP is a program that combines analysts from Accenture Technology and Accenture Consulting.

Oh I see, but is this the standard term or name for the consulting analysts though? Cos it’s like so many who puts “strategy and consulting analysts” even those who have a high gpa.

So the graduate consulting analyst - TAP is actually more of tech consulting than management consulting? But didn’t see them hiring for management consulting analyst or strategy analyst roles.

Is EY Consulting (Business, Finance) better than Accenture Consulting? Or are they the same? In terms of prestige/company name and exit opportunities?

The thing is my application status is still “Application received” and i don’t know if I’m rejected or what.
Has anyone else who applied heard back? Is BHP viewed less better than ACN? I wanted to try consulting but ACN is not getting back…

Hi, I applied for the ACN program at the start of January and only got advanced a month later. Currently waiting for the next stage that is also scheduled for a month later. Basically process very long!

I applied for TAP as well with interest in the non tech consulting, but still received hackerrank link. I checked with HR tho and they said it's not elimination round, just to assess skills since ACN is big tech after all. I went to learn some basic sql regardless uh for the test. There's also logic and reasoning questions in the test so if you non tech that part would be more important maybe?
