Get a job? Im in accenture rofl. Level 9 consultant. Equivalent to team lead. But i draw lower than 9k.

Different practice pays differently. Its a range. 6.5k is included in the range. Level 9 is where most people experience a stoppage to their career growth aka no more promotions. Most experienced people come in at level 9 and stay there for many years.
