The payjump for the past 10 years for audit associates are rather generous.

Audit associate at 2015 drawing 2700-2800
2024 : 4300

Seniors will be the next one who feel not fair where they only early slightly higher but need cover mountain and sea ( review conso. Impairment. Dcf . Annual report and fs)

U cannot use our time vs current batch. Last time no sqp or scaq bs. Just grad and work is confirm progress every year. Now local fight with so many jhk.

If you have choices, please don't do an internship in audit. It’s just cheap labor. You don’t need that internship to end up in audit roles.
