Many local associates resigned. It’s bad.

I'm curious, If the increment is only for associates, how will seniors, who have been lowly paid for the first two years feel? Will they continue to tank the engagements or resign?

My interpretation from the articles is that the salary revision isn’t an initiative from the Big4, but it’s coming to show support based on the research from the commissioned report by the Government.

Honestly? They should hire me. I could have told them the recommendation is to revise salaries even without that industry report.

Any insidee from blue know how much is the increase for A1?

in a nutshell if $$$ is your primary driver u should not join big 4 and audit, LOL

jumpship after 5years also not earning as much as batch mates in other industry
